Media UK is a great publicity resource

Media UK is a great website with plenty of free information about… er… the media in the UK! In particular have a good look at the forums.

You need to register to view, but it’s worth it – you’ll find some journalists and radio presenters nestling in amongst the anoraks!

And this tongue in cheek article on how (not) to handle a journalist is funny.
