Your customer service logged for all to see?

Found this website betterdrivingplease.com, which allows you to “report” dangerous drivers. The most powerful part is the numberplate search feature… I just searched for my car (no, it wasn’t in there). This would be a powerful concept for customer service for businesses, especially if you could search for businesses in the same way. A core user base would soon list all good and bad experiences of customer services on a site like that. In time, that could become a powerful “word of mouth” weapon for or against your business.

Thanks for your mention of our http://www.BetterDrivingPlease.com - we actually have the customer concept that you mention on-line at http://www.BetterServicePlease.com - presently it is called http://www.iXat.net but will be rebranded to BetterServicePlease.com. We see your ‘one of the UK’s leading experts at getting free publicity’ - and would be interested to learn what help you may be able to offer BDP and BSP ?
Please respond to: info@BetterDrivingPlease.com - look forward to hearing from you, Andrew The BDP / BSP Team
