Publicity Heaven’s standard terms & conditions for PR & marketing programmes

1. These terms and Conditions shall apply to the supply of services by Publicity Heaven Ltd to you as detailed on your order form or written quote. Any variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by Publicity Heaven.

2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a Consumer.

3. By signing and completing an order form or accepting a written quote you are entering into an agreement for the provision of services for the length of time and at the cost as detailed therein.

4. All prices are as per the order form or written quote. Payment shall be in the manner specified in the order form or written quote.

5. The deposit paid by you is non refundable.

6. All monthly payments made by you are non refundable.

7. If you fail to make any of the subsequent monthly instalments the supply of services by Publicity Heaven will stop immediately and the total amount payable for the services shall become due.

8. Your obligations to Publicity Heaven are simply to co-operate with them and provide any information required by them to enable them to do their job properly.

9. Publicity Heaven will perform the service to you with all reasonable skill and care.

10. The programme is non transferrable and cannot be transferred to any other business

11. Publicity Heaven shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage suffered by you howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract or otherwise in excess of the price of the services.

12. Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.

Product policies

Refund policy

Most Publicity Heaven products come with a money back guarantee. The length of guarantee varies with each product; please see the specific product pages for details. If you are not happy with your purchase please notify us in writing by email to hello@publicityheaven.com.

Delivery of products

No order will be dispatched until payment has cleared. Goods will then be dispatched within three working days. If delivery is outside the UK delivery may take longer than 7 days.

Goods damaged in transit

We take care to package our products carefully and all goods are handed over to our postal service provider in good condition. Please provide any correspondence with your postal service provider to verify where the damage occurred.  If you can show the postal service has damaged the goods in transit we will issue a full refund and seek compensation from the postal service.  If the goods arrived within sound postal packaging but for some other reason were damaged please return the items in their original wrapping and we will issue a refund from cleared funds.

Defective goods

If the items you were sent are defective and unusable please notify us upon receipt in writing by email and return within 7 days explaining why the product is unusable and given satisfactory reason we will issue a full refund including our original postal charges.

If goods fail to arrive

If your product fails to arrive as expected please contact us first so that we may trace the products on your behalf.  If the postal provider cannot verify delivery within 28 days of the expected delivery date we will provide either a replacement, or a full refund including our original postal charges from cleared funds.

Events and training policies

Purchasing places at events

A contract shall be deemed to have been made between Publicity Heaven and the client when the client has confirmed their attendence at an event by letter, fax, email or submission through a website.

Prices and payment

All prices quoted are exclusive of vat. In event of the rate of vat being increased between the acceptance of a booking and an event the client shall be liable to pay such increase before tickets are issued.

Typically full payment is required for an event at the time of booking. Once a booking has been made tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the event of a deposit being made, all deposits are non refundable.

Event cancellation

Should an event for any reason be cancelled or rescheduled Publicity Heaven will issue a full refund of the cost of the ticket only.

Alterations to advertised packages

Publicity Heaven reserves the right to change the advertised contents of any event or training package.

Availability

All advertised events and training packages are subject to availability.

Liability of Publicity Heaven

In any event Publicity Heaven shall not be liable for death or personal injury suffered by the client or its guests arising out of the booking. This limitation of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of the client or any of the client’s guests or for any further costs, demands or expenses incurred or suffered by the client arising out of the booking.

Publicity Heaven will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to the booking or any loss or damage to the client arising out of circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to any act of God, natural disaster or act of terrorism.

The contract of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and Publicity Heaven and the client hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in all matters regarding the contracts and these terms and conditions.
